A credit card is required to book any and all appointments at Motive. You will not be charged anything at the time of booking. Your card is stored safely in our encrypted booking system. We ask that, in respect for our commissioned employees, you give us a 24-hour notice of cancellation. |
24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY |
Please note that if you miss or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. This policy is in place for the benefit of our stylists and our clients. By giving last-minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to take your time slot. Thank you for understanding! |
CORRECTIONS |
We always want you to love your service with us! If you don’t, please reach out to us and schedule your adjustment or correction within two weeks. Beyond two weeks, we cannot offer complimentary adjustments or changes. |
RETURN POLICY |
We have a 30-day return policy. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, let us know! |
CHILDREN AND GUESTS |
For the comfort and safety of our staff and patrons, we ask that you limit additional visitors during your appointment. We'd love to meet your sibling, kiddo, or best bud during an appointment of their own! We love to accommodate same-time services so you can bond and bloom together! |
POOCH POLICY |
Q: Can I bring my dog to Motive with me? A: If your dog is a legally registered service animal, then yes, of course! However, if your dog just wants to come hang out, please reach out to us first. We LOVE dogs, but we are a small space. If the salon is fully booked, bringing your pup might not be the best idea. Thanks for understanding! |
